The Bluecoats Pixi, Blutch and Chesterfield Figures

Blue Tunic fans are among the most loyal Pixi collectors. The Origine Lambil collection has been moving forward series after series for several years, and regulars book as soon as the announcement is made rather than afterwards. The duo Blutch and Chesterfield carry most of the scenes, declined according to situations and costumes rather than in generic poses.

The collection extends well beyond the central duo. Captain Stark galloping, Cockroach the scout in the open field, El Padre in his cassock, General Alexander enthroned in his command chair: Pixi recruits supporting roles with as much care as for the heroes. The compositions with two characters, like the saloon with its counter, or Blutch and Chesterfield side by side for the Spirou ad, are the most sought-after pieces in the series.

Print runs of between 250 and 275 copies, never reissued. Red box and numbered certificate for each piece. The series from the 2022 Origine The Bluecoats collection remain available from official resellers. Collectoys adds Chesterfield in resin, without saloon or horse: the sergeant alone, complementary to the Pixi metal.
