Collectoys Asterix stack of albums: the warrior immersed in his own series
Asterix sits reading one of his own albums, the pile of other volumes beneath him. The pose is that of the attentive reader: body slightly leaning, hands holding the album open, gaze focused on the pages. The painted resin restores the helmet with its wings, the red cape, the Gaulish costume in detail.
The covers of the albums stacked under Asterix are reproduced at the scale of the composition: the titles in relief, the distinctive colors of each album, the miniature characters on the covers. This is the most technical part of the piece.
