Pixi Farmer Smurf, 1,000 copies 2012: the fork and the apron
The Farmer Smurf is represented with his cultivation tools: fork or spade in hand, work apron on the white suit, posture of the cultivator between two rows. The painted metal restores the details of the tool, the color of the apron distinct from the white of the costume, the slightly leaning posture of the work.
The farmer figurine in the Pixi collection is one of the background characters of the village of Peyo, those whose presence is constant in the boards without ever taking center stage.
